HeatCraft HP: Bridging the Skills Gap in the Heat Pump Sector

The HeatCraft HP project is addressing the growing skills gap in Europe’s heat pump sector, with WIP leading WP2 – Mapping of Target Groups' Profiles and Skills. The project aims to identify skills gaps and develop upskilling programmes.

A tailored workplace learning curriculum, featuring practical tools such as heat pump simulators, will equip craftsmen and craftswomen with essential skills for heat pump integration and troubleshooting. This initiative supports the widespread adoption of heat pumps across Europe.
